A little bit of Paradise
I've gone for a colourful tropical vibe for this card with hibiscus flowers inside a monstera leaf featuring a toucan. I'd love to see colourful toucans on an island paradise setting.
As I didn't have an appropriate stencil in my stash I cut an aperture from my own hand drawn monstera leaf shape in paper so I could stamp the colourful hibiscus flowers inside and straight onto the front of my card base. The outline was then drawn with a fine black liner pen to define the shape and used metallic colouring pencils to add shading. Stamped some small flowers in green to fill some open spaces and a few green leaves at the bottom for the toucan to perch on.
Toucan stamped and fussy cut, coloured with polychromo pencils and adhered with 1mm foam pads. Sentiment stamped onto the card base.
I've used - 5x7" cream card base
Uniko Paradise stamp set
Various ink pads; colouring pencils
