Quintuple Embossing

I'm very late joining in with this month's CAS Stencil challenge, the COVID-19 situation has meant I am busier than ever with work and supporting family who are unable to go out.  This little Easter card started as an experiment in triple heat embossing through a stencil but I ended up embossing five layers on the butterfly's 'eyes' so quintupled!

Using a small VersaMark ink pad and glossy cardstock the main butterfly shape was inked then double embossed with silver pearl EP through this stencil which I've had for years.  Using the circles from large to small I inked and heat embossed with yellow, then orange, then red EP so in total five embossed layers for the 'eyes'.  In the background are Woodware stamps using Distress Oxide inks to stamp and colour.  The antenna on the butterfly is not quite how I imagined it though but never mind!

I've used - 4x4" white card base
Clarity one-sided glossy card
Mag covermount stencil
Various embossing powders
Woodware Countryside Stems stamp set
Distress Oxide inks
Mag covermount sentiment stamp
