Never Ending card

I've had a pack of Never Ending die-cut card blanks sat on my shelf for far too long and have finally completed my first one, about time too ... although I must admit once all the panels had papers on them I was a bit stuck with how to carry on decorating it so then it just sat looking at me for another couple of weeks!

The lovely garden birds paper also has a kingfisher so I finally took that flash of blue as inspiration for some of the die cuts (sentiment, flowers, butterflies, hearts) together with pearlised white for the picket fence & lace edged leaves.

The front of the card stands up just like a gatefold card then opens up to a page where I've added a few die cut birds and some embossed butterflies from coloured scraps in my stash.

And finally I added a vellum sleeve wrap so I can attach a verse on the back and for somewhere to write.

I've used - Papermania 14 x 14cm Never Ending Folding Card blank
mag patterned papers Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady
Xcut sentiment die; various Sue Wilson dies
