Warm & Cosy Greetings
I've made this card for the Coffee Loving Cardmaking 2022 fall/winter coffee lovers blog hop running until Fri 18th Nov where there are lots of prizes to be won. I reached for last year's stamps & dies that came with Die-Cutting Essentials issue 84 mag created by Helen Griffin - Simply Made Crafts.
I used the small stamps in the set with an aperture stencil in a shape stamping technique to create the pretty heart using muted colours adding some gold die cut dots for the hanging thread. Off set the stamped sentiment. I've given the heart a padded feel by using a ball tool to stretch the cardstock from behind and adding 1mm foam pads.
Using scraps of coloured card the rest of the elements were die cut - gingerbread latte mug with a couple of cute gingerbread men, a small Christmas tree, heart and stars. Embraced leaving white space for a CAS look.
I've used - A6 white card base
