Ink Blended Dragonfly

My card share today was inspired by AAA Cards: CAS Game #154 Made in Minutes + Optional Twist Ink Blending.  I decided to create a one layer card using just the middle one third of my card base which I made from white pearlised card as I love the shimmer finish and it takes ink really well.

Three distress inks were blended with brushes over a masked area in diagonal sweeps before stamping the dragonfly and sentiment in a coordinating coloured ink.  Love the style of the sentiment font as it looks like the dragonfly has written 'hello' in it's flight across the card!  Added a few drops of glossy accents in opposite corners and along the body of the dragonfly for a tactile finish and they catch the light too.

I've used -
A6 card base (tent fold)
Distress inks - dusty concord, tumbled glass, crushed olive
Claritystamp dragonfly stamp
Docrafts sentiment stamp
